In Zimbabwe, we are focused on scaling flexible and inclusive learning pathways such as the Higher Education Access Certificate (HEAC) and Higher Education Access Program (HEAP), with a strong emphasis on young women and learners with disabilities. The program is deliberately gender-responsive, with 80% of the target being young women, 20% young men, and 5–15% reserved for persons with disabilities and refugees.
