Submission Requirements
Applicants must provide:
1. Company Profile (Max 2 pages)
2. Certified Copies of CR14 & CR6
3. Certificate of Incorporation
4. Business Premises License
5. Tax Clearance Certificate
6. VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
7. Banking Details
8. At Least 3 Traceable References from reputable organizations
Application Guidelines
1. This call is an invitation to conduct business and does not guarantee an offer of goods or services.
2. Current suppliers must reapply.
3. FAWEZI reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
4. Suppliers covering multiple categories must submit separate applications for each category.
5. Only successful applicants will be contacted after the assessment and vetting process.
